At Bhaiaaji, we ensure that your fresh produce reaches you in the best condition. Our shipping partners handle deliveries with care to maintain quality and freshness.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location:

    • Metro Cities: Same-day or next-day delivery

    • Other Cities & Towns: 2-3 business days

    • Remote Locations: 3-5 business days

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
     

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (specified at checkout).

  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be applied, depending on the delivery location and weight of the order.
     

3. Delivery Guidelines

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you upon arrival.

  • If no one is available to receive the order, it may be rescheduled for another time.

  • Perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.
     

4. Undelivered Orders
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or other reasons, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will attempt to contact you for reshipment. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, external factors like weather, traffic, or courier delays may cause unavoidable delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
